As we discussed on the blog last week, we’ve been doing some major hiring at AdRoll in order to continue scaling our technology and support our growing customer base. We’re on the constant hunt for the Bay Area’s best and brightest and have lots of positions open in engineering, creative, finance, marketing and sales.

We thought it’d be fun to give all of the potential future ‘Rollers out there a sneak peek into the AdRoll HQ, or as we call it, ‘ShangRolla’.

Our office mural, created by the talented Ian Ross, is one of the first things you see when you walk into the office. We consider ShangRolla our own little Shangri-La (but with a less mountainous terrain and better snacks). Check out the time lapse video of Ian creating our mural.

Like many offices, all of our conference rooms have a theme. Unlike other offices, ours really are themed. Check out the wall of our Jungle conference room and a corner of our Zen conference room below.

Not into normal office chairs? Not an issue here! We’ve got lots of alternative seating in case you get bored of your ergonomic desk chair

Last but certainly not least, here’s a peek into the heart of AdRoll — the dev ground control! As you can see, our CEO, Aaron Bell, sits right in the middle of the action. Red light means we’re in serious development mode. Exciting product announcements must be just around the corner!
