Everybody loves new features—especially when those shiny new capabilities come with better usability. This month’s Product Spotlight focuses on four new AdRoll features that are going to help you be more productive:

1. Bulk Ad Editing

Say goodbye to time-consuming and repetitive individual edits. Now you can make some of the most common modifications in bulk:

  • Change details such as ad name, URL, etc.
  • Copy ads
  • Delete ads
  • Pause, resume, or remove ads

2. Multiple Status Filters

You asked for it and we heard you. Based on public demand, we have improved the status filter mechanism on the dashboard. Previously, while viewing your campaigns you could apply one status filter at a time and sort by status such as “active”, “pending”, “paused” etc.

With the new enhancement, you can include multiple statuses in your filters and sort by a combination of the status. In addition, we have also expanded the status filter options to multiple pages such as ad groups, ads, individual campaign tabs etc.

3. Intuitive Calendar Controls

Because the calendar gets such heavy use, we’re constantly making it more intuitive. Here are our most recent improvements:

  • You can set start and end dates by clicking on the date that needs to be changed (of course, you can still launch campaigns immediately or with no end date)
  • The calendar highlights each campaign’s live dates
  • One-click options let you select the last 7, 14, or 30 days

4. Support for Additional Users

How many people in your company need to have access to advertising campaigns? AdRoll puts customers in the driver’s seat so that multiple contributors can help manage ad campaigns:

  • You can easily add new users to an account, with custom permission levels for each
  • Administrators can toggle access to specific advertising profiles and billing information for each user
